We are in urgent need of volunteers, both in the warehouse and driving our delivery vans
The heart of what we do
Our volunteers provide priceless support with driving our delivery vans, helping to sort food when it gets delivered into our warehouse, and performing administrative tasks in the offices.
Whatever you are doing, as a FareShare North East volunteer – YOU are helping to get our good-to-eat surplus food to where it is needed most.

Our volunteers regularly tell us that their time at FareShare North East has helped them build new skills, develop confidence, make new friends and feel like they are doing something amazing, whilst giving back to their community.
