Food Collection Bins

The large majority of food we receive comes from the food industry surplus, however, we are always grateful for donations from the public. We have food collection bins located in various supermarkets across the North East that take non-perishable, in-date products from individuals. The bins are normally located by the checkouts or by the exit where shoppers can donate their items on the way out. The participating stores are:

Tesco South Shields – NE34 9QD
Tesco Sunderland Rt P Extra – SR6 0DA
Tesco Hexham Extra – NE45 3PJ
Tesco Yarm Eaglescliffe – TS16 0PE
Tesco Ingleby Barwick – TS17 0WA
Tesco Northallerton East Road – DL6 1NP
