Support us with the Big Give Christmas Challenge! 2nd-9th December 2025
FareShare North East is taking part in The Big Give – a UK match-funding campaign that helps charities double their donations.
FareShare North East’s target this year is to raise £20,000 – enough to support the delivery of 70+ tonnes of good food to over 250 community groups across the North East, turning it into more than 165,000 meals!
We are halfway there to reaching our target, but need a further £10,000 donated between 2nd – 9th December 2025.
Can you help us reach our target?
You can give your support by:
- Donating – making an individual donation or a corporate donation during the week of 2-9 December.
- Engaging employees in fundraising efforts or through volunteering at our warehouses.
- Promoting our campaign and raising awareness through your networks, customers and social media.
Together this Christmas, we can make a bigger difference!

£10 = 82 meals
£25 = 205 meals
£50 = 410 meals
£100 = 820 meals
