Since 2009, we’ve teamed up with over 500 food businesses to intercept quality surplus and redistribute it across the North East. Together, we’ve prevented food from going to waste and currently deliver it to 260+ charities, schools, and community groups.

How You Can Make a Difference

1. Community Partner 

Start local, make a big impact. 

  • Cover the core costs of food collection and delivery. 
  • Help us distribute up to 24,000 meals per year
  • Receive promotional materials with ‘Proud to support FareShare North East‘ branding. 
  • We’ll say a big thanks on social media and in our newsletter. 
  • Access our corporate fundraising pack. 

2. Corporate Supporter 

Start small – but make it count. 

Includes all Community Partner benefits, plus:

  • Help us reach a higher meal target (up to 27,000 meals). 
  • Bring your staff to one of our open days or events. 
  • Offer up to 10 staff a morning of volunteering in our warehouse and a food-waste awareness workshop.  
  • Enhanced recognition through social media, PR, and our newsletter. 

3. Corporate Partner 

Amplify your impact.

In addition to Corporate Supporter benefits, unlock: 

  • Help us deliver over 55,000 meals per year. 
  • Offer professional skills through pro bono support. 
  • Host up to two full-day or four half-day team volunteering sessions. 
  • Tailored ESG/social value impact reporting. 
  • Personalised thank you letter from our CEO. 
  • Acknowledgement on social media and in our annual report. 
  • Up to half a day of support from our team for your fundraising activities. 

4. Corporate Partner Plus 

Really going the extra mile.

Includes all Corporate Partner benefits, plus: 

  • Support delivery of over 90,000 meals per year. 
  • Enhanced PR support: website recognition, minimum two thank-you posts per year, personalised thank-you video. 
  • Photo ops with FareShare NE vehicle and team – perfect for showcasing your community impact. 
  • Use of FareShare North East logo (including for email signatures). 
  • Host up to four full or eight half-day volunteering sessions for up to 10 staff. 
  • Company logo featured at our warehouse or on a van panel. 
  • Up to one day of dedicated fundraising support from our team. 

5. Strategic Partner 

Join us on a mission for long-term change. 

Includes all Corporate Partner Plus benefits, plus: 

  • Multi-year, transformational partnership.  
  • Major financial investment and/or surplus food supply. 
  • Help facilitate new food members and supply chains. 
  • Employee engagement: at least six full volunteering days including warehouse work, team lunch, and strategy session.
