FareShare North East can not do what we do without the support of volunteers…they really go the extra mile. That’s why we are looking for more new faces to join our team of wonderful volunteers.
FareShare North East Volunteers are Amazing
Our volunteers go the extra mile for FareShare North East by helping to drive the vans, sort and pick food deliveries, engage in customer service and administrative tasks and helping us to fundraise and share our work and what we do through our social media channels by being a community champion. Our volunteers come from a range of different backgrounds with varying ages, all with different reasons for wanting to volunteer. Volunteers tell us that time spent doing meaningful work helps them build new skills, develop confidence, make new friends, keep active and feel like they are giving back to their community!
